At heart, I am an educator. My perspective is shaped by years of rewarding, hands-on experience as both a generalist teacher and a remedial teacher specializing in diverse learning needs. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep passion for professional collaboration, mentorship, and creating environments where both students and educators can thrive. Today, as a Student Services Consultant, I provide strategic guidance and collaborative support to school teams navigating the complexities of diverse learning needs. In this consulting role, I focus on building educator capacity through facilitating the Remedial Teacher Network, coordinating specialized placements, and partnering with schools to design inclusive pathways for students transitioning from elementary to secondary settings. My goal as a consultant is to empower educators with the practical strategies and systems required to ensure every learner can access success. Ultimately, I believe that every student has a story, and teachers have the extraordinary opportunity to help write some of its most important chapters.
