As the Project Development Officer for Crisis Prevention and Intervention, I am passionate about partnering with staff to foster safe, supportive and mental-health-informed environments. I have been a practicing psychoeducator since 2012, spending over a decade in child psychiatry at the Jewish General Hospital providing hands-on student support, family coaching, and staff training. I bring high energy and a collaborative spirit to all my professional development sessions, and I look forward to exploring fresh perspectives and practical strategies with you!
