I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Ottawa, along with additional training in preschool education, social-emotional learning, and trauma-informed pedagogies. For more than 10 years, I have worked with children, teens, and adults with diverse learning needs across community, clinical, and school settings. Much of my professional work has focused on supporting individuals with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) across the lifespan.

My experience within the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board has included roles as a special education technician and non-legally qualified teacher, and I currently work as a Student Services Consultant in the Pedagogical Services Department. Outside of this role, I facilitate workshops with Association PANDA Basses-Laurentides Sud-Ouest, a non-profit organization supporting children and adults with ADHD, as well as their families. I coordinate the organization’s Reading Detectives programs and facilitate workshops for parents and adults with ADHD. Across all domains of my work, I bring compassion, curiosity, lived experience, and a practical, strengths-based approach to helping others.
