Caroline is the Director of Pedagogical Services and Educational Technology at LEARN, where she leads a dedicated team that supports teaching staff in Québec. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a specialisation in French immersion, and has over 20 years of experience in educational technology consultancy at the English Montreal School Board (EMSB). She is recognised for her inspiring leadership and her commitment to innovative teaching practices, promoting the development of digital literacy, authentic learning and the success of all students.
